Trevose is a census-designated place within Lower Southampton Township and has a population of roughly 4,030 (2019).  Trevose was formerly part of Feastserville-Trevose, but was split into two separate CDPs for the 2010 census.  It is named after the home of Joseph Growden’s homestead in England who was the settler.  Growden was Cornish, and Trevose translates to “farm” in Cornish.

Trevose Fire Company – Established in 1927, has been serving the residents by providing all types of emergency services.  They also hold many fundraising events throughout the community every year.

Feasterville Library – Founded in the mid1950’s as a group of enthusiastic and concerned citizens decided there was a need for a library.  The Township Library opened its doors in May of 1956 in the basement of a Feasterville School that was unused.  It moved to its second location in the Lower Southampton Township Building in 1966.

Trevose Day School – Has been inspiring educational excellence, innovation and collaboration in an environment of warmth, trust and respect for more than 45 years.  It is a coeducational school serving grades Pre-K through 5th.
