Sesame Place – Is a children’s theme and water park located in Middletown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.  This is the only theme park in the US based entirely on the children’s educational TV program Sesame Street.  It includes a variety of rides, shows and other water attractions.  It is the first theme park in the world to become a certified autism center.

Core Creek Park – Is a county park within Bucks County, Pennsylvania.  The first owner of the land around Core Creek was Thomas Croasdale who bought 1000 acres of land from William Penn in 1682.It is open for year-round recreation and features numerous grills and tables for picnicking along with several miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding, walking and biking.  Includes Lake Luxembourg which is open for fishing and boating.

Neshaminy School District – School district that covers 27.6 square miles in historic Buck County, PA.  It serves approximately 70,000 residents and includes 10 schools (9 elementary, 3 middle and 1 high school) educating over 9,000 students.  Neshaminy is an Indian name, which is a reminder of the Lenape Indians who lived along the Neshaminy Creek.
