Bordentown is a city in Burlington County, New Jersey and has a population of roughly 3,823 (2019). The city was settled in 1682 by an English Quaker by the name of Thomas Farnsworth. First known as “Farnsworth Landing” and became the center of trade for the region. Thomas Farnsworth is also the namesake of one of the main streets in Bordentown, Farnsworth Avenue.
